How to care for aging skin

When we get older our body also begins to functions little less smooth and we get prone to age related problems. During the lifetime the skin loses its elasticity which is caused by internal aging process or happens naturally. Skin thinning, Wrinkles, dryness all are the part of this process. The Elastin (Skin fibres) and collagen proteins that make the skin strong and elastic are produced slowly after aging knocks in. Mainly signs of aging appear when skin comes in contact with sun. Sun’s UV light damages the elastin, the breakdown of these fibers damages skin natural stretch its elasticity as a result wrinkles appear on the skin.   But there is couple of foods that helps to get rid of the negative effects of aging on the body. They won’t make you younger but these stop you from getting older. Some of these types of foods are-

Fish- fish are enriched with Omega-3 acids that help to overcome many anti-aging diseases. These reduce the risk of heart stroke and even lower the risk of Alzheimer’s disease.
